license of Mastery Academy of Chinese Metaphysics, and any such licensed
use must be in compliance with the specifications and directions stipulated
by Mastery Academy from time to time. All other trade marks not owned
by Mastery Academy that appear on this site are the property of their
respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to,
or sponsored by Mastery Academy.
USE OF MASTERY COMMUNITY AND MASTERY ACADEMY STUDENT CENTER
The Mastery Community and the Mastery Academy Student Center contain interactive
on-line services operated by the Mastery Academy of Chinese Metaphysics
(Mastery Academy) on the World Wide Web or the Internet. All students
of the Mastery Academy may subscribe to the use of these services by joining
as a member of the Mastery Community and/or the Mastery Academy Student
Center. By subscribing to the use of these on-line services, you agree
to abide by the additional “terms and conditions of use” applicable
to these services.
If you use our Mastery Community and/or the Mastery Academy Student Center, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree that you are solely responsible for any information and content that you post in your web page. Master Academy Representatives, Mastery Academy Instructors and Mastery
Academy Trainers are those who have achieved a level of skill and experience
recognized by the Mastery Academy and having satisfied the entry requirements
of the Mastery Academy have subscribed to their names being listed in
this website. In addition to the listing of their names, this website
may include information from which feng shui consultation services might
be obtained. You acknowledge that if you use the information in this website
to engage the consultation services offered by any of our Representatives,
Instructors, or Trainers, you agree that these services are rendered to
you in their personal and private capacities. The engagement of such services
constitutes a private arrangement negotiated between you and the individual
party concerned and in no way are you to hold the Mastery Academy of Chinese
Metaphysics as an agent to this arrangement or liable for any damages
incurred or alleged to be incurred with regard to such an engagement.
POSTING OF COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS AND OTHER CONTENT
Users of our Mastery Community and/or the Mastery Academy Student Center
may post comments and other content, send communications and submit suggestions,
opinions, questions or other information provided that such content is
not illegal, obscene, offensive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of
privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious
to third parties or objectionable, and does not contain software viruses,
chain letters, hate campaigns, mass mailings or any form of "spam."

or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of the content. The Mastery
Academy reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit
