The element that controls Earth is wood and it is the wood element that represents rules and policies, meaning that there might be restrictions that can slow or halt the progress of an action or project. In this sense, the property sector will be 'dry', resulting in a stagnation and slow growth in the property industry.

The animal signs which will be positively affected financially will be dog, rabbit, tiger, dragon and monkey.

Property investors should plan on a long term basis to build their wealth. The property market is predicted to be on the rebound, and subsequently expected to flourish tremendously again in 2017 and 2018. Yellow Sha Qi, also known as the 5 Yellow Star, brings about negative consequences and undesirable outcome in life.
