The senior consultant and instructor of Mastery Academy, Sherwin Ng, was invited to expand on the topic of Feng Shui for Property & Investment to a crowd of over 100 in the recent CIMB Property Mart Home Fiesta 2012. The hour-long talk, which was held in Istana Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, on the first Saturday of October 2012, offered the members of CIMB Property Mart a convenient, comprehensive and credible avenue for finding the right property in the Malaysian market.

Sherwin kicked off his session with a broad evaluation of the natural formation around a property. He emphasised that location of mountains and directions of natural water could be used as the right criteria for selecting and gauging the potential of a property. The preferred directions of these natural formations are then uncovered, much to the delight of the audience.

Sherwin also elaborated on the five types of Mountains, with the aid from real-life examples of natural features around the vicinity of Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur. Before ending his session, he turned his attention to the art of Face Reading to show the audience the facial features that would thrive in the property and investment fields.
