Mah Sing Group Bhd. kicked off the Chinese New Year celebration with 350 people in a festive Get-Together at their Kinrara Residence residential development area in Selangor, Malaysia on March 3, 2013. Aside from the Board of Directors and clients of Mah Sing Group and residents from the Puchong and neighbouring Sunway areas, Joey Yap was also at the event to talk about the general outlook for the year 2013 ahead.

He spoke about the annual Feng Shui prediction for 2013 in the afternoon event, and gave a forecast for the year based on BaZi, a form of destiny analysis. He also revealed the good dates for 2013, where he advised the participants to take note, especially if they are embarking on important endeavours.

Joey also personalized his talk by consulting different individual charts from the floor, and helped the audience to identify their personal outlook for 2013. His hour-long talk ended with a half-hour session where he provided his views on some of queries from the audience.
