 Though it was a relatively
short trip, Joey’s Xuan Kong Mastery Series Modules 1 and 2 which ran from the
the 15th to 18th of April made its mark in Berlin, Germany. Aided by Mastery Academy’s
Representative, Eva Maria Spoetta who organized the class and ensured all the
students were adequately taken care of during class.
As a special touch for his class in Berlin, a ‘Practice Day’ was organized to
allow Joey’s students to discover, see and experience the practical aspects of
Xuan Kong Feng Shui in action. Joey led the class in performing Feng Shui audits
for 2 houses and a piece of land due to be the landmark of a future Buddhist temple.
 During the field trip, Joey
demonstrated the proper usage of a ‘Flatland Dragon’ for the analysis of Forms
(Luan Tou) Feng Shui. He then conducted an analysis of Xuan Kong predictions,
showing them the intricacies of Xuan Kong Feng Shui and how Xuan Kong is not just
limited to just the ‘Flying Star’ technique.
Many of his students were seen to be very excited with the prospects of learning
Xuan Kong first-hand were highly enthusiastic throughout the whole field trip.

On the last day of Joey’s stay in Berlin, he lunched with Dr Manfred Kubny. Dr
Kubny happens to be Europe’s leading authority on the subject of BaZi. Seen as
a meeting of the Masters, Mr Joey Yap and Dr Kubny were both very happy to have
gotten the opportunity to meet in Berlin.
