RAVE REVIEWS

I was totally blown away by Joey Yap's generosity. I have taken classes - too many to count - and to have an offer to share the DYD information and earn some income without fees, percentages, etc., is so alien a concept that I would be proud to share and help others. I was very impressed especially when I compare the teacher to all of the others I have taken courses from. I think I would enjoy learning from Joey Yap and now need to save to attend more classes!

Go with Joey Yap reveals what Feng Shui really is

Go with Joey Yap reveals what Feng Shui really is. Plus, a guide to enhance your luck in the year 2013

The flow

I've always approached feng shui with a small dose of skepticism. The idea of how distant stars govern our lives seems a little outlandish- let alone the existence of the elusive qi. Yet, as 3000 people filled the auditorium where Joey Yap's Feng Shui & Astrology Seminar 2013 was held, it became apparent that feng shui has, in one way or another, helped these people in achieving their goals. "Try it," said Yap, when I asked him what did he has to say to cynics of the ancient practice. "Don't dismiss feng shui till you've tried it. It may be useful to you."

And with Yap's guide, practicing feng shui is easy. All you need to do is to locate the right direction and activate the qi. He described feng shui as "the acupuncture of land", whereby the meridians represent the flow of qi while the acupuncture points correspond to activation sites. In order to capitalize the benefits of qi, one must trigger its flow first. "Qi is like WIFI, it surrounds us but you have to connect to it before you can surf the internet," he revealed.

Contrary to popular belief, "auspicious" objects do not promote good feng shui. Rather, it's the very action of installing these objects that promote the flow of qi. To trigger qi, simply move furniture out and back in or install a water feature such as an aquarium. Movement also does the same trick. "Water is an active body. It brings activity to a space. Sound and movement have the same effect," Yap disclosed. "Feng shui is not about objects. It's about how one utilizes a space."

The position of flying stars in 2013

To locate the position of the Flying Stars in your home, simply superimpose the blueprint of your house to the diagram on the opposite page.

SouthEast: Four Green

This sector promotes huge positive effects for those in academic and scholarly pursuits as well as those making a living in the creative, artistic or literary fields. Those using a Southeast main door, or dwelling in this sector in the office will find themselves be bestowed with some chances for travelling as well.

West: Seven Red

The Seven Red in the West paints a canvas of emotional turbulence and volatile feelings for 2013. Couples with bedrooms in the West will be afflicted with various conflicts this year.

SouthWest: Two Black

Known for its malevolent influence on health, Two Black is a star that can bring a series of illness to those who reside in the Southwest sector of a house. You can alleviate its negative effects by placing objects made of copper, brass or pewter in this area.

North: One White

If you're involved in writing and research industry, spending more time in this sector will give you an extra boost if creativity. Your health and career will also see a positive turn. This star promotes marriage as well.

NorthWest: Six White

This year, the Northwest sector is especially beneficial to your career. The Six White star enhances your network and opens many doors to new opportunities. Leverage the good energy of the star by using the Northwest entrance to your office.

East: Three Jade

Three Jade signifies disputes and legal conflicts. Avoid spending time in this sector. To ease the harmful effects of the Three Jade star, we recommend placing an oil lamp or objects in bright red throughout 2013.

NorthEast: Eight White

Wealth qi enters through Northeast this year. Residents whose homes have a main door facing this direction will be bequeathed with rewarding financial returns. Enhance this positive energy of this star by placing yang-natured objects such as fans, aquariums, clocks and televisions in this area.

South: Nine Purple

The Nine Purple star is the secondary Wealth star of 2013. A door in the South sector at your home or office will bring a host of positive events. Couples who are contemplating on starting a family will benefit from the auspicious energy in this sector.

Centre: Five Yellow

The centre sector is the danger zone of the year. Avoid undertaking any major renovations to hinder from triggering the negative energies in this sector. We advise leaving this area in your home open and airy.
