Hap Seng Land Sdn. Bhd. launched their latest property development, The Horizon Residences in a special event that engaged Joey Yap as a speaker. The launch of the luxury residences was held in Menara Hap Seng in Kuala Lumpur on the morning of February 24, 2013, and in attendance were 200 of their corporate clients and potential property owners.

Joey's talk was mostly shaped around the property viewpoint, and aimed to help audience identify good property Feng Shui and gauge a good internal and external property environment. Basics to annual Feng Shui Flying Stars method and as well as the BaZi forecast for the year were among the subjects discussed that day.

The topic of Feng Shui for high-rise buildings was included as well to help audience screen the most suitable housing unit for investment or for residences. The hour-and-a-half session ended at 12.30 pm.
