Joey Yap presented a talk on property Feng Shui in a special event that introduced the new property development, The Peak by Gabungan AQRS Bhd. (AQRS) in their sales gallery in Johor Bharu, Malaysia. The 90-minute afternoon session on April 7, 2013 was attended by 150 of AQRS' existing clients and also prospective property owners.

As the talk was delivered from the property viewpoint, it included tips and knowledge on how to identify a good property facing and direction and how Feng Shui can be applied for high-rise buildings.

Basic forecasts of the year from the field of BaZi and Feng Shui are also revealed to help participants develop a stronger foothold and better understanding of the methodologies behind their property screening.
