Sony Disney Malaysia organised the 2014 Exhibitors' Chinese New Year Dinner at One World Hotel, Petaling Jaya, Selangor on the evening of January 16, 2014. Dato' Joey Yap was invited to join in the fun, where he also presented a talk entitled, Feng Shui Outlook for 2014.

During his entertaining talk, Dato' Joey gave the audience a comprehensive forecasts based on the Twelve Animal Signs and explained how everyone can make the best of the opportunities that will arise in the year ahead. He also spoke on how each industry will fare within the Wood Horse year as well as information related to wealth, relationship, health and career.

He ended the talk by revealing the Flying Stars outlook for 2014, where he identified the positive and negative sectors of a property and shared his analysis on each sector.
