The Sejati Residence's Clubhouse in Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia was the venue for a special Open House event organised by property developer, Paramount Property Sdn. Bhd. Participants who attended the event was also treated to a special one-hour talk by Dato' Joey Yap on the Feng Shui Outlook for 2014. To the participants, who made up of existing clients and potential property buyers, the event held on February 22, 2014, was an eye-opening experience for them. Dato' Risque Liew, the Managing Director of Paramount Property was also in attendance.

Basic forecasts of the year from the Feng Shui perspective were revealed to help participants develop a stronger foothold and better understanding of the methodologies behind their property screening. The Annual Flying Stars Chart for 2014 was also discussed with a thorough understanding on the positive and negative sectors of a property.

The talk also included tips and knowledge on how to identify a good property facing and direction, and how Feng Shui can be applied for high-rise buildings.
