An exclusive talk was presented by Dato' Joey Yap at the recent Princess Cove Property Showcase organised by R&F Properties Co Ltd. The one-hour event was held at Swiss Garden Hotel & Residences, Kuala Lumpur and was attended mainly by R&F Properties' clients.

At the event, Dato' Joey explained on the right methods to determine a property for its investment opportunity through the concepts of Feng Shui. He also spoke on how BaZi is related to property investments and how it can be used to determine if a person is suitable to be a property investor.

Before the event ended, he introduced the fundamental concepts of Qi Men Dun Jia to the crowd and spoke on the applications of this ancient warfare method.
