Friday evening provided a nice twist to the looming weekend for those who packed the Ara Hills showroom – right after a hard day’s work – to hear what Joey Yap had to share with them on the Feng Shui aspects of the Ara Hills Residences. By special invitation from Sime UEP, Joey greeted all present and proceeded to give a matter-of-fact discourse on the development’s landform attributes. He emphasized to listeners that classical Feng Shui is a study of the physiognomy of the land, and how natural energies can be harnessed towards improving the quality of life for residents of a property.

Amongst the key points shared with the various positions and landforms that positively influence the Feng Shui of Ara Hills, as well as how potential residents can capitalize upon good aspects even further. The smiling, relaxed faces of those present conveyed the message that everything Joey shared had been received `loud and clear’!
