Joey Yap was invited by OCBC bank to present a talk for their premier banking customers on Saturday, February 7. The talk was sponsored by Gamuda Land's Valencia development in Sungai Buloh, and took place in the Club House in the lush and luxurious environment of the Valencia development surroundings. The talk began at approximately 10 AM and went on for an extended session until close to 2 PM.
The talk started off with Joey giving the audience an overview of the Feng Shui outlook of 2009, and then tying the general outlook to the specific Feng Shui outlook for the Valencia property development as a whole.
This was followed by the exciting jaunt that audience members had to make through the Valencia development to a specific show unit. Using the actual physical space as an example, Joey highlighted the Feng Shui factors to look out for in the key three areas of internal environment: Main Door, Kitchen, and Bedroom. It was a thoroughly engaging segment as Joey was able to explain his Feng Shui theories using live physical examples that helped the audience members understand the various Feng Shui principles better. They also got to see for themselves how 'good' Feng Shui actually works in physical surroundings.
Joey and the audience members then returned to the Club House where Joey summed up his points for the day, and he subsequently took a variety of interesting questions from the audience members. This was followed with a lucky draw session and lunch, where everyone present had a chance to mingle and get to know each other.
