OCBC Premier Banking customers were in for a special Feng Shui treat on Sunday, February 15, 2009. Joey Yap was invited by the bank to present an On-Site Feng Shui Property Showcase, sponsored by E&O Property Development Bhd. The talk took place at E&O's Seri Tanjung Pinang in Tanjung Tokong, Penang between 10 AM and 2 PM. Seri Tanjung is one of Penang’s premier award-winning residential developments and a highly sought-after prestigious address.

Joey presented a Feng Shui overview for 2009, as well as giving audience members an overview of the external Feng Shui of the development. He also emphasised the Feng Shui principles and techniques for the interior by using the Abrezza villa showroom as an example. He highlighted the key Feng Shui interior elements that property owners should look out for in particular when assessing the Feng Shui of the internal environment. The talk was followed by a Q&A session, and concluded with a lunch that gave the guests plenty of opportunity to mingle around with each other and Joey.
