Joey Yap was invited by Mah Sing Group to present a talk at the Hijauan Residence in Cheras. His Feng Shui session took place at 11 AM on Sunday, August 16, within the vicinity of the lush green property development.

The venue was an ideal setting for his Feng Shui session, as the Hijauan Residence area is surrounded by ample greenery and visible landforms, providing Joey with many 'real-life' Feng Shui formation examples to better explain to audience members.

The event was attended by many prominent members of the property development industry, many of whom lingered long after Joey's presentation to exchange a few words with him on the possibilities of Feng Shui use for different property developments.
