Joey Yap was invited to present a talk to the public at The Star Property Fair 2009 that was held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Joey gave two separate talks on both Friday, November 27 and Sunday, November 29.

Joey spoke at length about utilising Feng Shui for property, and described factors and elements for which to look out to make the best use of Feng Shui consultations. He advised prospective buyers on what environmental and internal features to assess when evaluating property from a Feng Shui standpoint.

Many of the people present were keen to meet with Joey in person and ask him a few Feng Shui related questions. As part of the popular annual Property Fair, Joey's talks on both days elicited strong interest from interested members of the public and Fair participants.
