October 15, 2011
Joey Yap's annual Feng Shui & Astrology for 2012 Seminar is finally here and London was the first city to experience this inspiring and informative live seminar focusing on the outlook and forecast of the year of the Water Dragon.
The Cumberland Hotel was again chosen as the venue for this event on October 15, where about 200 participants had converged early, eager to get started on the full day seminar. The participants also included some local practitioners who have come to give support.
Joey shared the BaZi chart for the year and spoke on what everyone can expect of the Water Dragon. BaZi (Astrology) typically goes beyond the Twelve Animal Signs and gives a more detailed outlook than a general one as it uses the date and time of birth - or in this case, for the BaZi chart of 2012, it would be the date and time this Water Dragon year began according to the Chinese calendar.
He went on to talk about the Twelve Animal Signs forecast and how each will fare when facing the Water Dragon. This segment of the seminar is usually a crowd favorite where they not only get to learn about the year in general, but to go further and understand themselves better using BaZi, which is also a form of Personality Analysis.
The participants were truly engaged when Joey shared with them the Feng Shui forecast for 2012, where he also outlined the industry outlook from both the economic and Feng Shui standpoint.
In addition, Joey demonstrated the intriguing reason how certain parts of the year are able to affect certain parts of a person's face depending on their Astrology sign during the Face Reading or Mian Xiang segment. The participants were taught simple Face Reading methods to identify what different parts of the face can correspond to different aspects of life, especially in 2012.
Joey taught the participants about the Feng Shui requirements in the practice of Date Selection and how good and bad dates can affect many important personal and business endeavors in life.
As the full day seminar comes to an end, Joey shared his own experience on how to become a successful and wealthy consultant. His story was not meant to impress the participants, but rather to impress upon them how they, too, can achieve their goals should they want to explore their knowledge and skills further, and go professional.
Everyone was clearly in high spirits as the seminar ended, gaining much valuable information from Joey, and ready to face the year of the Water Dragon with confidence and optimism.
