In support of Telekom Malaysia's TM Loyalty Programme for SME Partner that took place at the Grand Ballroom of the Grand Seasons Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, recently, Mastery Academy senior consultant and instructor Sherwin Ng took to the stage his Face Reading for Wealth, Health and Happiness seminar. Having been honored with two separate sessions for different crowds on the same day only enlivened his kindred spirits to present the exhilarating topic which had the promise to be not only educational, but fun as well.
Sherwin explained that as a visual reflection of one's personality and characteristics, our face helps determine several key aspects in our life. Not many know this, but Mian Xiang, or the art of Face Reading, is affiliated with mind reading, as it could possibly detect a person's existing or potential health issues, identify their approach towards money and determine their state of relationship and happiness. All this and more by just looking at the face!
According to Sherwin, Face Reading can be done in two ways; the Fixed Position Reading, where information is gathered by studying only one facial feature, and the Multiple Position Reading, which is a combination reading on several features on the face.
Perhaps the most interesting part of the talk was where the 100 Year Map was revealed. This branch of knowledge refers to the 100 Positions on a person's face; each corresponds to one year of their life. Different points on our face are said to govern a specific age position or different phases of our life, our personality and even character traits. This led to the concept of The 12 Palaces, which command the twelve fundamental aspects of a person's life, including Wealth, Health and Happiness.
Sherwin made it clear that in applying Face Reading for Wealth, its two vital elements are Wealth Capacity and Wealth Luck, both made prominent in the Nose. However, when it comes to assessing one's health, the attention is directed towards the center of the nose bridge which covers the Health Palace. Apart from that, there are two Palaces to accentuate its significance when it comes to Happiness; the Life Palace and the Fortune and Virtue Palace. While most emphasis is placed upon the Life Palace which relates to one's prosperity, intelligence and health, the Fortune and Virtue Palace is accountable for life perceptions, mental happiness and overall views on life.
The over-100-strong crowds were clearly entertained, and ready and eager to immediately apply their newly acquired knowledge in their daily life. Another group of crowds, another learned mass.
