The 'Opportunities and Outlook for 2012' talk spread its wings to East Malaysia, as Sutra Harbor Resort in Kota Kinabalu was the picturesque backdrop for this event organized by UOB Bank.

The typically casual and carefree Joey Yap took to the stage his annual Feng Shui insights and forecasts in front of the keen audience made up of Premier UOB clients. With the general forecasts of the year of the Water Dragon, Joey filled them in on the key fundamentals for what to expect throughout the next few months of this year.

Knowing how a person's strengths and weaknesses contribute so much to bringing about positive changes in their life, Joey introduced the attendees on the basic concepts of BaZi, or Chinese Astrology. The crowd learned that it is through the understanding of this study that a person gets to embrace both their plus points and weak links in order to move towards the best, most fulfilling Destiny in their life.

This then led Joey to share the BaZi chart between the years of 2011 and 2012 with the crowd, before letting them in the know of the Feng Shui direction of this year, as well as sharing the chart of how Malaysia will thrive amidst the global overall transition.

It seemed affirmative amongst the audience members that knowledge can only mean so much if they only gain and not attain. And they truly showed that to attain is to apply the wisdom they had come to learn into their daily life.
