A mini Feng Shui Excursion was recently organized in Singapore, led by Mastery Academy senior consultant and instructor, Chan Chi Tim. The participating students, from beginner to advanced levels - which also included several property agents - had a chance to audit two luxury properties in Singapore.

The first lesson of the day was a SGD40 million landed property at Binjai Park in Bukit Timah, a residential area in what is considered the most expensive district in Singapore. The students learned to audit the property under Chi Tim's guidance to determine what makes it ideal in terms of Feng Shui.

A SGD16 million penthouse at Marina Bay Residences was the next site visit. The luxury high-rise property overlooking the Marina Bay not only has breathtaking views, but it has some good Feng Shui features as well, which the students had noted.

The day-long excursion, held between 9am and 4pm, was an enjoyable and educational learning experience for these students.
