Another insightful talk by Joey Yap as he expanded on the topic of Feng Shui Outlook & Property Investment in The Year of Water Snake 2013 in the recent event by OSK Mirage by the Lake. Taking place on November 4, 2012 at Mirage by The Lake housing property in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, the hour-long talk was attended by many looking to gain property insights into what the Water Snake will dish up next year.

A Feng Shui Annual Stars 2013 assessment kicked off the talk with a basic identification on the good and negative sectors we should be aware of in our property next year. Joey then assessed the Water Snake year to gauge its suitability and potential for all long or short-term investment activities. A simple landform assessment was carried out right at the site to identify the types of mountain features we should look for as a pre-evaluation to a property.
