Joey Yap presented a talk in the recent Chinese New Year Appreciation Dinner hosted by OCBC Premier Banking, a division under the OCBC Banking (M) Berhad, for 200 of the bank's top investors in the Northern region of Malaysia, Top Management team and as well as invited clients and their staff. The event was held on February 21, 2013 at Eastern & Oriental Hotel in Penang, Malaysia.

As his talk was geared towards the theme of Zodiac and Feng Shui of Water Snake Year 2013, his presentation highlighted the forecast for each of the Twelve Animal Signs in detail. He also went deeper into BaZi - an ancient form of personality analysis based on Chinese Astrology - as he discussed the impact of having the Celestial Animals on different Pillars in one's Chart.

Audience was intrigued as he entered the Feng Shui session of his talk, particularly on the topic concerning the good and bad sectors for their home or workplace in 2013.
