Joey Yap gave a half-hour talk on The Business of Feng Shui Consulting in the recent SME Solutions Expo 2013 in Mid Valley Exhibition Hall, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. In his talk, Joey focused on introducing the art of BaZi and Feng Shui to the business professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs in attendance.

He took the opportunity to address some misconceptions in Feng Shui by debunking some of the famous Feng Shui myths. Joey showed that Feng Shui was more than just the placement of object as it involved the understanding of the Qi in the natural environment. How BaZi and Feng Shui are used in today's business world and the basic components of a BaZi Chart - such as the Five Structures, and their associated traits and career options - were explained and detailed out, with suitable examples given. His session ended at 11 am.

A three-day event that started on September 5, 2013, the SME Solutions Expo is an annual business affair that aims to connect business owners with the right networks and resources. The event was officiated by Ministry of International Trade & Industry, YB Datuk Ir. Hj. Hamim Samuri and Dato' William Ng, the Managing Director of Business Media International Sdn. Bhd. Jason Lo, the CEO of Tune Talk Sdn. Bhd. and Maresa Ng, the award-winning business coach, were also there to provide their own insights into the business world.
