Property investors were treated to an insightful talk by Dato' Joey Yap as he expanded on the topic of Feng Shui for Property Investors recently on May 9, 2014 in Joey Yap Convention Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Dato' Joey Yap, with the help of Mastery Academy (MA) senior consultant and instructor, Chan Chi Tim, guided the group of enthusiastic property investors and showed them the practical usage of Feng Shui beyond the theory and formula for facilitating financial and property investment matters.

The one-and-half-day talk discussed various Feng Shui tools and how these tools can help participants obtain their bearing in the property investment world. On the first day, Chi Tim explained the correct steps to assess the immediate external environment to gauge a property for its investment potential. He ended his talk by discussing the necessary preparations one should undertake before he or she embark on any significant property investment.

Dato' Joey continued the lesson on the second day by showing participants how certain natural features such as mountains or water bodies can influence the outcome of a property investment. Participants were all-ears when he disclosed the investment affinity according to the Five Elements principles.
