The Mian Xiang or Chinese Face Reading course is a favorite of many students at Mastery Academy. Usually conducted in English, the recent course taught by the Academy's senior consultant and instructor, Jessie Lee, introduced the first ever Mian Xiang Mastery Series™ Modules 1 and 2 in Cantonese.
In the tradition of all Mastery Academy programs, there was certainly no shortage of fun in this Face Reading course as well. Students from various backgrounds gathered early on April 12, 2011 at the Academy's office and class venue in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur - all eager to get started.
It was obvious the students were excited and happy to be the first to attend this course in Cantonese. Jessie wasted no time on Day One of the lesson, getting the students acquainted with the fundamentals of Face Reading applications and the basic concept of facial features, shapes and contours.
Also in Module 1, the students gained a history lesson and insights on the advantages of ancient Chinese Face Reading. Module 2 goes further into the lesson as the students learn about the fascinating 100-Year Map of a person's life, as depicted in the individual's face.
As this is a very interactive course, it encourages the students to practice Face Reading techniques to analyze character, relationships, career prospects and health aspects as they go along in order to help them understand it better and faster.
Towards the end of the course, the students had a chance to study the facial features and expressions of their fellow classmates during the practical session. This brought much laughter to all, which made the learning experience more fun.
With the newly-acquired skills, the students now look at faces with a different perspective and are able to apply the techniques with ease and confidence.
