Today, I think all of us thought that we were going to find perfect examples of Feng Shui and we were going to see how the Chinese master Feng Shui and we were going to learn about this and what we are learning is that masters or supposed masters can make mistakes. We have a saying in Mexico – I am a Mexican and I am not a mariachi (the singers with the big sombreros) so being a Chinese does not mean that you are going to be an automatic Feng Shui master. Joey said it clearly – these sites that we have been visiting were here before these formulas were invented so we have to go back to the time when this places were built and we see that – try to understand why they did it that way and what they did wrong.

Penang Students Take the First Step in Feng Shui
August 28 - 31, 2011

The first time when one takes the initial step to formally study Feng Shui has always been exciting. It was no different in Penang recently when the students, who signed up for Feng Shui Mastery™ Modules 1 and 2, were visibly eager to get started - knowing very well that once they have completed these courses, they will be able to practice Feng Shui confidently.

Leading the four-day program was Mastery Academy senior consultant and instructor, Sherwin Ng. Before anyone learn about formulas and techniques, Sherwin made sure all the students understood the basics in Module 1, the introductory course.

The Module 1 syllabus covers the fundamental knowledge such as the four key concepts that revolves around classical Feng Shui namely, Foundation, Forms, Eight Mansions and Flying Stars. The students, under the guidance of Sherwin, were able to apply what they learnt to real-life situations and undertake an audit of a property with confidence by the end of the course. They also found that the case studies facilitated the learning experience with better understanding.

With Module 1 done, some students advanced further in their educationto Module 2, where they delve deeper intoClassical Feng Shui, understanding the core concepts of San He and San Yuan as well as the powerful Xuan Kong methods. Module 2 also serves as the springboard for students who aspire to take their Feng Shui practice to the professional level.

Feng Shui Mastery™ Modules 1 and 2 are ideal courses for any Feng Shui beginners. The courses, conducted in English, are held regularly throughout the year. Advanced level programs are also available.
