February 25 – 27, 2012
The Feng Shui for Life™ Program returns to Singapore after a long hiatus. To the delight of many Feng Shui enthusiasts, Joey Yap led the entry-level course, which also included several guests and students, who attended the course to refresh their skills and knowledge.
This is an ideal Program tailored for the Feng Shui beginner to learn the application of practical Feng Shui in day-to-day living. The lessons include real-life case studies to help students relate and understand it better. Other than Feng Shui, the three-day Program also includes lessons on BaZi (Astrology), Date Selection (ZeRi) and Face Reading (Mian Xiang).
After a brief overview on all topics to be covered in the Program, Joey wasted no time to get started to familiarize students with the basics of Feng Shui. He touched upon the Eight Mansions Feng Shui and Flying Stars applications, and how students can utilize it immediately by tapping into the positive Qi of their property according to the three main internal factors namely, the Main Door, Kitchen and Bedroom.
As the Program progresses, students learnt about the ten Day Masters of BaZi and how easy it is to use a BaZi Chart to analyze and interpret an individual's characteristics, strengths and weaknesses as well as talents. Joey also taught them basic Date Selection techniques that can also complement their BaZi application. He also showed them methods to identify good dates for individuals just by looking at the Combinations and Clashes.
The ever-popular subject of Face Reading clearly drew the students in attention as Joey explained the Five Officers and Five Elements face shapes. Everyone had fun trying to identify these on the faces of fellow students.
The Program ended with the students eager to apply what they've learnt over the three days. For more information and inquiries on Feng Shui for Life™ courses, click here.
