Joey Yap conducted the Date Selection Mastery Modules 1 & 2 program at M-Hotel, Anson Road, Singapore - the long-awaited course since the one he last taught in the Lion City in August 2010. Carried out in four consecutive days starting from October 5, 2012, the dily 9am-to-5pm sessions provided a learning experience for the participants to understand essentials of Date Selection or ZeRi techniques.

Held on the first two days, Module 1 saw Joey elaborating on the history, developments, concepts and the different types of Date Selection techniques. Students present were also treated to an insightful experience as they distinguish the different types of stars used in the Date Selection applications. Module 2 explored deeper into the Xuan Kong Gua Date Selection technique. Joey broke down the different categories to Date Selection method, while participants discovered the correct way to assess the direction of a room and applying this knowledge in selecting a good date for Feng Shui activation.

During the interactive sharing session, two senior students revealed their experience in applying the art of Date Selection in benefiting their career and financial endeavours.
