Over 170 Chinese Metaphysics students flocked to M Hotel, Singapore, where Joey Yap's Millionaire Feng Shui Secrets course was held for one-and-half-day starting from March 30, 2013. Despite bringing together Singaporeans from different background and experience, the event highlighted the practical side of Feng Shui and helped realise a financial dream that can be associated with by many.

The class began at 10am on the first day, with Joey Yap detailing out the correct steps in putting Feng Shui to work and explaining how this knowledge benefits in Wealth sector activation. Students were seen taking down notes and comparing their house floor plans to find out the correct facing and sitting directions of the Wealth sector of their own property.

Joey showed the audience a technique of the Luo Shu and discerned its applications, including the effects for a wide range of distinctive industries. Before concluding the event at 11am on the second day, Joey inspired the crowds by sharing stories of successful people who had made it to the top in their own ways.
