July 28th – 29th, Singapore
The Mastery Academy’s Feng Shui Module 3 course is targeted at practitioners and students who have attained a fairly proficient command of this metaphysical study. And in this 2-day course held in Singapore, they found themselves taught by none other than Joey Yap, who immediately endeavored to take their skills a notch higher.
Divided into 4 parts, the learning curve of Module 3 was nevertheless steep; but one which the students took to with gusto. A quick revision on the fundamentals and contents of earlier modules, and everyone soon found him or herself assessing Mountains and Dragons. This was by no means an easy feat, as the students racked their brains seeking to understand the excerpts from classical texts in relation to Classical Feng Shui. They then moved on to Landform Embraces, where the types of embraces were discussed, before different assessment methods were once again scrutinized in detail.
Water plays a pivotal role in the study and application of Classical Feng Shui, and obviously, it was only sensible for would-be practitioners to know their Water forms inside-out! And engage in an inside-out analysis they did, during which they delved deeper into the application and usage of Water…as well as the various effects of applying Water formulas in different situations.
Module 3 came to an end with an analysis on the different Landform Structures pertaining to the San He school. Here, students learnt not only how to identify structures, but more importantly, tap into good ones. A final discourse on the Earth and Heaven Plates, followed by a lively Q & A session with Joey, before everyone approached him to thank him for the knowledge he had shared with them over the past 2 days – and that was Module 3, in a nutshell!
