May 16 – May 18, 2008
What's in a face? Plenty, apparently, and students of Joey Yap got to find out exactly how much is written on the face during the Mian Xiang Mastery Series Modules 1 and 2.
Held at the Hilton Hotel in Singapore from May 16 to May 18, 2008, the modules were a fun, eye-opening experience for students in learning all about the history, use, and effectiveness of Mian Xiang (face reading) techniques.
Module 1, which took place on May 16, took students through a brisk introduction of Mian Xiang fundamentals, and then introduced them to the basics of face reading, feature by feature.
Module 2 succeeded Module 1 on the very next day, and was held over the course of two days, from May 17-18. This was a more exhaustive study into understanding Mian Xiang, with a thorough emphasis on detail analysis of the 5 Officers (Eyebrows, Eyes, Ears, Mouth, and Nose).
The modules were livened up considerably by Joey's entertaining personal stories, and by the fact that he used "live" examples of the students' faces to demonstrate the theories and techniques.
If the faces of the students reveal anything – it's probably that no one expected a class on Mian Xiang to be this much fun!
