DAY 6: The Dragon of Mid-Valley |

Day Six saw the students on the Academy’s
home ground, with a site visit to one of Kuala
Lumpur ’s most popular shopping malls and
prestigious business addresses: Mid Valley Megamall
and the Signature Office Suites, where the Mastery
Academy of Chinese Metaphysics has its headquarters.
After a quick orientation session (and fuelled
by plenty of hot coffee), the students were let
loose on the 1km long mall to evaluate its Feng
Shui, with an emphasis on the surrounding landforms.
|
|
The students, in their respective teams, fanned out across
the mall, which has 4 main entrances. They had 45 minutes
to cris-cross the 1km mall (shopping was definitely OUT
of the question!), check out the surrounding landform,
figure out the Feng Shui and compile their findings for
presentation during the class. |

Students
auditing Midvalley City. |
After the students presented their findings and discussed
their individual team analysis, Joey revealed the piece
de resistance for the session: aerial photography shots
taken from a helicopter of MidValley which showed students
the environmental features of the area, the location
of the Bright Hall, the Jade Belt formed by the river
in the distance and the Dragon Vein location. (moral
of the story: remember to bill the client for a helicopter
ride when doing Feng Shui for commercial projects!)
|
|
|
After 3 days of audits in a row, students of course
were catching on to identifying the Dragons and adapting
their eyes to read landforms. They immediately spotted
the Dragon Vein and the landform formation that supported
the Feng Shui of MidValley City. Students were thrilled
that they actually saw a real life example of a ‘release
of dragon veins’ IN the city. They also identified
the actual torrential mountain embrace structure, the
Water mouth and water formations that contributed to
the Feng Shui of the Midvalley City. |

Read what some of the students have to say about the course:
"Thanks Joey, for your great effort you have put
in for your students. M4 have definitely open up a bigger
picture for me in my Feng Shui practice. I look forward to
walk and see more dragon and water with a master who is willing
to share his passion." - Vivien Ng
"Thank you very much Joey for sharing your knowledge
with us. I am on the right road with the right people."
- Zhaneta Alyapina
"My knowledge in Feng Shui has spiralled up immensely.
Thanks to your excellent teaching method. Your sharing and
pointers are the true secret formula.
Your course syllabus and the content were excellent and comprehensive.
It was apparent that much effort, sweat and toll were put
into the content writing.
For me, you are the best and the information knowledge provided
was top class." - Lee Tat Khuen
"Module 4 with the China Excursion trip computed
the whole understanding of Feng Shui from large-scale projects
to individual lots from Yin House to Yang House.
The best is the last field trip, by understanding the selection
and positioning of the land." - Alexander Ho
"Thank you Joey. I think I have been blind to what
I was doing. You have given me the glasses and light."
- Vladimir Zakharov
