Graduation Night: Bright Hall, Bright Moon |
After a week of intense classroom learning and stimulating interactive
analysis sessions, the students were ready for a ball of a time with
Graduation Night! It was time to let the Qi flow and the Yang energy
to get going!
With the graduation night coinciding with the Chinese Mid Autumn
Festival, also known as Mooncake Festival. It is a traditional celebration
that involves sweet cakes known as moon cakes and admiring the full
moon.

Students came all decked up in Oriental finery, with some students picking
up their Chinois Chic outfits at QiLin, a local retail store specialising
in Asian themed outfits. While there was no moon-gazing, there was plenty
of friendship, fun and laughter, and students giving support to their
fellow practitioners with plenty of loud applause during the graduation
ceremony.

One by one, the students proudly went up on stage to receive their
graduation scrolls and certificates from Joey before dinner. With
the completion of Module 4, this batch of Mastery Academy students
have completed their formal education on Classical Feng Shui, having
mastered Ba Zhai, Xuan Kong, San Yuan and San He methodologies as
well as Luan Tou (Landform) Feng Shui. |

Dianne Grobbler, Helene Weber, Jayne Goodrick, Sherry Merchant,
Kelsanta Leo and Lee Tat Khuen also received, in addition to their
Module 4 certificates, Feng Shui Master scrolls, which the Mastery
Academy and Joey conferred upon them in recognition of their outstanding
and exceptional knowledge and skills and for their selfless contribution
to assisting other fellow students in their studies.

With all the formalities (and the sumptuous 10 course dinner) out
of the way, it was time to let loose, unwind and bogie the night away!
Who says Feng Shui Masters don't know how to have fun? |

Read what some of the students have to say about the course:
"Very impressive, you are able to teach the essence of the Classical
Feng Shui in a very short period. The course is well structured and presented.
Looking forward to meeting you in the future for more sharing of knowledge.
Thank you." - Logan Phang
"Very well presented, concise and to the point. Learned to identify
surrounding environment (dragons, tigers, water mouth). It has been a real eye-opener.
I am looking to consolidate my learning in next year's China Trip. Thank you
Joey." - Gita Kapoor
"The whole information is gold. It is up to me to use and spread the word.
Thank you for your advice to believe, to be. I shall live up to that." -Hong
Lan Tran
"The essence of M4 was captured as we "Walk The Mountains"
and I have realized that we are indeed surrounded by "Dragons"! It
has been a truly remarkable experience for me besides being an eye-opener in
many ways.
Thank you, Joey, for making this possible through your obvious hard work and
effort. I look forward to continue learning from you."- Jennifer Aw
